Qualifying Paper Defenses

Sociology and Chicano/Latino Studies PhD student Teresa Rivera and Sociology PhD student Jess Burnham will present their qualifying papers.

"Exploring how NGOs Operate as a Social Resource within Latina Immigrants Experiences of Interpersonal Violence" is the title of Teresa's research.

"Expansively and flux in the Identity Formation Processes of Gender Minority Young Adults" is Jess's research.

The presentations will take place in 457 Berkey Hall, and on Zoom.
