The Global Environment, Migration, and Health Studies Initiative (GEMHS)  is dedicated to advancing scholarly understanding at the intersection of environment, migration, and health. Our research encompasses a wide array of thematic areas, categorized into four primary domains: the interplay between sexuality, migration, and health; the interrelations of gender, climate change, and environmental health issues; the impact of racialized and migrant experiences on perceptions of environmental challenges and climate change; and the convergence of public health, environmental justice, and academic scholarship. GEMHS is committed to promoting academic excellence and innovation by offering comprehensive support to students and faculty through various activities, including workshops, seminars, research collaborations, and mentorship opportunities.
