BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Godisang Mookodi (Gender Studies, University of Botswana) is joining MSU Sociology as a Senior Visiting Scholar. Along with their MSU Sociology faculty host, Dr. Soma Chaudhuri, Dr. Mookodi and Visiting Scholar Dr. Portia Loeto will be working on collaborative projects including an edited book on the legal and political implications of rape and a research project on femicide in Botswana. During their time at MSU, the scholars will give talks, conduct a methods workshop, and have opportunities to network with fellow sociologists and gender scholars on campus.
