BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Portia Loeto (Gender Studies, University of Botswana) is joining MSU Sociology as a Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar. She will spend the fall semester working on her postdoctoral research with Dr. Soma Chaudhuri. She will be working on collaborative projects including an edited book on the legal and political implications of rape, as well as a research project on femicide in Botswana.
