Dr. Sarah Prior selected as an MSU Lilly Teaching Fellow

Dr. Sarah Prior, a teaching-focused faculty member in Sociology as well as the Undergraduate Program Director, has been selected into the 2022-2023 MSU Lilly Teaching Fellowship.

"This cohort-based fellowship program is highly competitive and is open to only highly accomplished and effective instructors," said Sociology Chair Dr. Aaron McCright.

Since its launch in 1991, almost 30 faculty in the College of Social Science have been selected for this honor.  Dr. Prior will be just the 2nd Lilly Fellow from the College since 2014, and she will be only the 2nd Lilly Fellow from the Department of Sociology since 1991.
