The Julian Samora Research Institute at Michigan State University is celebrating its 30^th anniversary by hosting a national conference on Oct. 31—Nov. 2, 2019, at the Marriott at University Place, East Lansing, MI. The conference theme is "Latina/os and the Renewal of U.S. Democracy." The major topic areas are: health disparities, business ownership and entreperneurship, and service delivery gaps, but papers and panels will be accepted on other topics.
