Graduate Students Awards and Honors Archives

The poster, "Deliberation Lite: How Does Feedback Influence Public Climate Change Policy?," created by David Bidwell and Rachel Shwom was selected for honorable mention in the Social Sciences category at the 2007 AAAS Student Poster Competition.

They will be recognized in the 20 April issue of Science and on the Annual Meeting website at www.aaasmeeting.org. In addition, an award certificate will be sent to both David and Rachel.

Congratulations to Jason Konefal and Elisha Marr! Both have received the Dissertation Completion Fellowship for Fall 2006.  The award is in the amount of $6,000.00.

Lori Baralt has been awarded the 2006 Distinguished Service Award from the Society for Human Ecology in Bar Harbor, Maine, for her excellent service to Human Ecology Review.
